About Tony Pasqua

From 1989-1995, Anthony Pasqua was Director of UC Choral Ensembles at UC Berkeley. Prior to his appointment at UC Berkeley, he was a Lecturer and Choral Director in the Department of Music at Cal Poly Pomona. He is also a former conductor of VOCI Women's Choral Ensemble and the Oakland Symphony Chorus. His choruses have appeared with many performing arts ensembles in the Bay Area, including Berkeley Opera, Kitka, the Chieftains, Magnificat, the Fremont-Newark Orchestra, Oakland Ballet, and the Oakland East Bay Symphony. Tony holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Baldwin-Wallace College Conservatory of Music and a Master of Music degree from the University of Sourthern California, where he studied conducting with Rodney Eichenberger and James Vail.
